Andrea Tomasena and our Berlin team are based in the city full time. Before leading CARLO Berlin, Andrea ran her own interior design practice, bringing with her a team that includes experienced architects. They know the buildings, the regulations and the craftsmen who do exceptional work in this city.

Stephanie came to us with a penthouse that had everything - space, light, a prime location, but felt like it belonged to no one. She had lived in Japan and wanted that presence in her home with intention and warmth in every detail.
We began with a home visit. Six months of planning, design development and material sourcing followed. Then nine months of construction, managed entirely by our team and craftsmen, from the entrance hall to the bathroom to the bedroom.
