Home visit
An expert from our team comes to your property in Berlin or Mallorca, or meets you online. We listen carefully to your wishes, walk through the space together and get to know what you want this home to feel like.

Concept and proposal
We come back with moodboards that show you the direction — materials, colours, atmosphere. Alongside these we provide a full cost estimate and a project timeline. Everything in writing before you commit to anything.

Design and planning
Once you decide to proceed we hold a kick-off meeting and begin designing room by room. We meet regularly so every decision reflects your wishes. Furniture, materials and finishes are selected from our trusted network of brands — nothing is ordered without your approval.

Construction
We manage the entire build. Our craftsmen and contractors are people we know and trust. You have one point of contact throughout and receive regular updates on progress. No chasing, no confusion — just a project moving forward as planned.
05.
Handover
When everything is complete we walk through your home together — room by room, detail by detail. This is yours now. We stay available after handover for any questions or future projects.
