A loft in Palma that history made remarkable.
Michael came to us with a loft in Palma with an extraordinary layout — and an unexpected discovery. During construction, historic arches were uncovered within the walls. Protected under heritage law, they could not be removed. They had to become part of the design.
That is exactly what we did. Working with our local craftsmen and soft furnishing atelier, we built the interior around the arches — making them the defining architectural feature of the space rather than a constraint. Materials, furniture and textiles were selected to honour the character of the building.
